Questions, answered plainly
Is Jennefer really free with my own models?
Yes. Local models and your own API keys are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Paid plans add things that cost us money: cloud sandboxes, hosted AI credits, and team features.
What is a Cloud hour?
One hour of a standard sandbox (2 vCPU, 2 GB RAM). A large sandbox uses 2 Cloud hours for each hour it runs. Time is measured by the second on our servers, and paused time is free.
What happens when I run out of Cloud hours?
On Cloud Starter, new sandboxes stop until your hours renew or you upgrade. On Cloud Pro and Team, extra usage is billed at $0.30 per Cloud hour, up to a monthly limit you control. You get a notice at 80% and 100%. You never lose files, and your agents keep running locally.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan stays active for 7 days and we warn you in the app and by email. If it is not fixed by then, your account returns to Free. Nothing of yours is deleted.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Any time from your billing portal. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get my credits refunded?
No. Credits are prepaid, valid for 12 months, and non-refundable. That is why they are a separate purchase and never required.
Do IDE and Cloud come as one subscription?
They are separate products, so you can buy either one alone. When both use the same billing period they share one subscription and one invoice, and cancelling one keeps the other.

Single sign-on, a service level agreement, and invoiced billing for larger organizations.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
