These Terms govern your use of jennefer.dev and its subdomains (the "Site"), the Jennefer early access waitlist, and any pre-release version of Jennefer we invite you to use (the "Beta"). They form an agreement between you and Ahmet Enes LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Jennefer," "we," "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm you can bind it.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You may not use the Site or Beta if you are barred from doing so under U.S. or other applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We review requests by hand, invite people in waves, and may decline or remove any request at our discretion. Seat counts and launch dates shown on the Site are estimates and may change. Give accurate information and use a valid email address you control.
3. Early access and Beta
If invited, you get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Beta for evaluation and development work during the Beta period. The Beta is pre-release software: it may contain bugs, change without notice, lose data, or be discontinued. Back up your work and review every change before you accept it. Additional terms or an end-user license agreement may apply when you install the app; if they conflict with these Terms, those terms control for the app.
4. Your content and code
You keep all rights to your code, prompts, files, and outputs. While an agent task runs, your content passes through our servers as described in our Privacy Policy; you give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. If you use cloud features or connect a third-party model provider, you are responsible for having the rights to send that content and for complying with that provider's terms.
5. AI-generated output
Jennefer's agents generate code and other output automatically. Output can be wrong, insecure, or similar to existing third-party code. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to use any output, and for its compliance with licenses and law. Nothing ships unless you approve it, and that approval is your decision.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site or Beta to break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- build malware, or attack, probe, or disrupt any system without authorization;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Beta, except where the law allows despite this restriction;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, or the waitlist process;
- scrape the Site or use it to build a competing product;
- share invite codes or Beta access without our permission.
7. Feedback and confidentiality
If you send feedback, we may use it freely without obligation to you. Unreleased features, roadmaps, and Beta builds we share are confidential; please do not publish screenshots or benchmarks of the Beta without our permission.
8. Our intellectual property
The Site, the Jennefer name and logo, the Nefers characters (Pixel, Loop, Byte, Patch), and the software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to them except the limited license above.
9. Third-party services
The Site and Beta may link to or work with third-party services, such as model providers and code hosts. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND BETA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR CODE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Indemnity
If you use the Site or Beta for business purposes, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of output, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
You can leave the waitlist or stop using the Beta at any time by emailing contact@jennefer.dev. We may suspend or end your access at any time, especially for breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 5, and 7 through 16 survive termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or another country whose law gives you the right to sue at home, you keep that right.
16. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify waitlist members and Beta users by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any app license, are the entire agreement on this subject. You may not assign them without our consent.
